WOHAD...

...is a nonprofit organization that strongly supports the young mother who desires to continue her pregnancy to term and parent her child thereafter. We do not advocate or promote abortion or baby abandonment. We are not an adoption placement agency, however, we will assist young women desiring adoption placement by providng a list of agencies from which she may choose.

Eligible mothers age 15-21 are accepted into our program with priority given to ages 15-19.

We provide twenty-four (24) hours supervised residential care and support in an environment of structure, discipline, and socialization. We model congregate living in an effort to teach the value of relationships and help build positive social skills.

In our value-rich home, a team of caring professionals are committed to help each young woman come into alignment with God's purpose and destiny for her life. An established partnership with various community organizations to meet their spiritual, emotional, educational, health and other needs will assist us to accomplish this goal.
