Our Mission

Women of Honor and Destiny, TLC, Inc. is a nonprofit, faith-based community residential program, dedicated to strengthen parental capacity among teenage mothers and maternal incarcerated women as primary caregivers, while facilitating their transition into functional independence in order to lead a productive lifestyle.
